My primary goal is to help you develop specific skills that will enhance your well-being and enable you to address future challenges independently, all while experiencing a genuine, caring, and secure therapeutic relationship.
We'll begin with a complimentary 45-minute consultation if you're interested in working together. This session will allow us to get acquainted and, more importantly, allow you to ask any questions you may have about my therapeutic approach and experience.
You can read my advice on how to choose your therapist here.

There's no need to prepare anything specific. However, a few things can make our meeting more effective. For instance, you might want to consider any questions you have for me that could help you make a more informed decision about therapy. This introductory call is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and discuss what working together might look like.

Yes, absolutely.
I am bound by the European Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Therapies (EABCT) Code of Ethics and Practice, a copy of which is available upon request. I will not disclose any information from our sessions unless you specifically instruct me to do so, or if there is a likelihood that you pose a serious threat to yourself or others. Your therapy records and personal information are kept secure at all times. While I may discuss aspects of our sessions with my accredited supervisors (who regularly reviews my practice), this is done without revealing your identity or any identifying details.

Yes, definitely. During our initial weeks, we will discuss and establish my availability for you between sessions.

If you can't make an appointment, please let me know 48 hours before the session. Of course, there are sometimes emergencies when it’s not possible to reschedule or cancel in advance.

The duration of therapy depends on the complexity of the issues we are addressing. Typically, we will meet once a week or every other week, with sessions lasting around 50 minutes. As we approach the end of therapy, we will gradually reduce the frequency of our meetings. Three to six months after our last session, we can schedule a follow-up meeting to evaluate the progress made.
We will regularly review our sessions to ensure you feel you're benefiting from therapy. You are free to end sessions at any time.
If I need to conclude therapy earlier than planned, I will provide at least a 3-month notice.
