8-Week Online Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) Course

About the course

This Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) course equips individuals with a history of depression with skills to prevent relapse and enhance well-being. By integrating mindfulness meditation with cognitive therapy tools, participants develop a new relationship with thoughts, feelings, and bodily sensations that may trigger depression.

Participants will learn to:

  • Identify early warning signs of mood drop

  • Transform relationships with unhelpful thought patterns

  • Cultivate compassion and acceptance toward difficult experiences

  • Build resilience for managing life's challenges

The program consists of eight 2-hour weekly online sessions, a full-day silent retreat, and an optional follow-up session 1-2 months after completion. The course requires daily home practice (approximately one hour daily, six days weekly) with guided meditations and mindfulness exercises.

Participation begins with an application (link below) followed by an individual consultation to discuss the program, answer questions, and assess fit.
