8. UK Consumer Rights
1) 14‑day right of withdrawal
You may cancel an online contract within 14 days of entry without giving a reason and at no cost.
2) Starting sessions inside the 14‑day period
If you ask me to begin before the 14 days expire, you waive the right of withdrawal for any sessions already delivered.
Should you cancel later within those 14 days, you pay only the proportionate fee for sessions already completed.
3) Reasonable care & skill
All sessions must be carried out with appropriate professional competence and exactly as described on my website / pre‑contract information.
4) Transparent pricing & pre‑contract information
Before booking, you receive the total price, payment terms, cancellation rules, and all other key details in writing.
5) Unsatisfactory service – your remedies
If a session is not as agreed, you may request either:
a repeat session at no extra charge, or
an appropriate price reduction / partial refund.
6) Complaints & dispute resolution
Contact me first – I aim to respond within 14 days (see contact details in the Data‑Protection section).
If we cannot resolve the matter, you may use an accredited ADR body in the UK.
You also have the option to bring a claim in the Small Claims Court.
7) Jurisdiction
You may pursue legal proceedings in the courts of the United Kingdom or Poland – whichever you prefer.
