3. Your Rights 

  • Right of Withdrawal

    You have a 14-day period to withdraw from this contract without a reason and at no cost. To do so, simply send me an email or letter stating your decision.

    • Starting Sessions Early: If you ask me to begin sessions within these 14 days, you will expressly waive your right of withdrawal for any sessions that have already been delivered in full.

    • Proportionate Payment: Should you withdraw from the contract after I have started providing services, you will be required to pay a proportionate fee for the services performed up to the moment of withdrawal.

  • Data Protection Rights

    You have the right to:

    • Access your data and receive a free copy.

    • Correct any inaccurate information.

    • Delete your data (in most cases).

    • Restrict how your data is used.

    • Transfer your data to another provider.

    • Object to certain uses of your data.

    • Withdraw consent at any time.

  • Other Important Rights

    • Force Majeure: Neither party is liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, internet outages, government restrictions, pandemics).

    • Quality & Transparency: You are guaranteed the same quality of service as local clients, clear pricing with all taxes included, and services from EU/EEA providers.

I only share your data when required:

  • By law: With tax authorities, courts, and other government bodies when legally required

  • Service providers: With trusted partners who help me deliver services:

All service providers must follow strict data protection agreements.

  • Applicable Polish civil law for service provision

  • Other mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence

Jurisdiction: You may bring proceedings either before the courts of your country of residence or the competent courts in Poland. Both parties may also use EU-wide mediation or the Professional Body dispute resolution scheme.
